Attention, si vous choisissez de Co-WiiLiiker, aucun système d'acceptation ou de refus d'un passager n'est possible. Un détour d'au maximum 7 minutes peut être effectué pour permettre à vos Co-WiiLiiKers d’embarquer à bord du véhicule.

To delete a previously stored credit card, it's easy:

Access your account via the link View my profile present in the main menu,
Click on My means of payment,
Click on the button Delete present next to your card.

Il est possible d’associer plusieurs cartes bancaires à votre compte. Dans ce cas de figure, vous pourrez choisir la carte de votre choix lors de votre réservation.

Comment WiiLiiK sécurise mes informations bancaires ?

Nous n'avons pas accès à vos données bancaires et nous n’enregistrons jamais vos informations dans notre base de données. Vos données bancaires sont sécurisées chez le Crédit Agricole, professionnel du paiement sécurisé en ligne. Nous conservons seulement une empreinte sécurisée différente du numéro de votre carte qui vous permet ensuite de réaliser vos prochaines réservations.

Deferred debit

With deferred debit, the amount of your reservation will be debited from your bank account once the trip is completed. The price shown may therefore vary depending on how you share your trip with other WiiLiikers and your punctuality.

As a reminder, if your trip is joined by other passengers, you can benefit from a reduction of up to -30%.

If you are late when arriving your WiiLiik at the pick-up location, you will be charged € 1 per minute of delay after the 10-minute period allowed.
